Get your Morning off to a Flying Start

Does this sound familiar?

Your alarm goes off. You want to hit snooze but you’ve remembered you have to be out of the house on time, if not early. Why didn’t you fill up with petrol on your way home!

You wrangle the kids out of bed…they never wanted to sleep when they were babies, now they never want to be awake. You make them breakfast. Cajole them into the bathroom. Shout every five minutes, ‘you’re going to be late’. And finally, with one minute to spare you’re out of the house.

But wait. You didn’t have time for a decent breakfast.

You grab a piece of cold toast and eat it on the way to the car.

That doesn’t get the day off to a flying start does it?

But the thing is, breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day. It breaks the overnight fast and sets you up for the day. So, by not giving it much thought, you’re not doing yourself, or your weight loss effort any justice.

I know it’s difficult. Believe me I know. But don’t you deserve it.

Don’t you deserve something tasty, easy to prepare and healthy for breakfast?

Well, we think you do. So here are 4 ideas for you to try.

All take less than 10 minutes and most can be prepared the night before.

Quick Breakfast Ideas - Which One for You?

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. And I love nothing more than sitting down at a table, with my family, drinking coffee and juice, and generally hanging it out as long as possible.

But that’s not always possible. In fact, it very rarely is possible.

So, instead I turn to these recipes. Ones that take just a few moments to prepare, and can even been done the night before.

Which one will you try?
