We all know the drill by now…
When we eat more calories than we burn we put on weight.
When we eat less calories than we burn we lose weight.
So, if you want to lose weight, it stands to reason that you
have to consistently eat less than you burn. And how do you know you’re doing
By tracking your calories.
Wait…before you scream ‘I don’t have time for that’.
I know you don’t.
I know you don’t because I don’t. I’m busy. I have a toddler
running around wanting attention throughout the day. I struggle to find the time
to work out, plan my meals, cook healthily every day let alone track my
calories as well.
It’s just another hassle, another pain in the arse process
you don’t need.
I get it.
And that’ why I developed Not Just a Recipe Book.
So, you don’t have to worry about tracking your calories.
You don’t have to worry about what to eat. You don’t have to worry. I’ve done
all of that for you.
You simply choose a breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
They’ve all been categorized so you just have to make sure
they total, or are less than, your calorie allowance.
If that sounds like too much work, then simply use the done
for you meal plans, with shopping lists. What could be simpler?
